We first met in 2019 during a business trip to Bologna, never imagining that a chance connection would one day lead us here. Close to three years ago, we began our love story from opposite sides of the world—Isaac in Turkey, Nerina in Mexico. But love has a way of shrinking distances. From the beginning, we found ways to stay close, creating memories through every call, visit, and shared moment—no matter how far apart we were.

What brings us joy is simply being together. Whether we’re dancing late into the night, getting emotional at a concert, cheering during a Formula 1 race, or cooking a new recipe in the kitchen, it all feels like home. We cherish time with our friends and families, and we’re happiest when we’re exploring the world—by plane, boat, train, or car. So far, we’ve traveled to 17 countries together… and counting. Every journey, every meal, every laugh has deepened the bond we share.

In February 2024, our story took a new turn when Nerina moved to Turkey and we began living together for the first time. This wedding is more than a celebration—it’s a moment that honors the love we’ve built across time and distance, and we’re so grateful to share it with you.

NERINA

Nerina is full of warmth, curiosity, and soul. She is from Argentina and carries the spirit of her culture wherever she goes—open, passionate, and full of heart. There’s something about the way she moves through life that makes it feel more meaningful. Whether it’s her laughter, her energy, or the way she notices details others might miss, she makes the ordinary feel special. When she walks into a room, it just feels more alive.

She’s a dreamer who gets things done—constantly juggling ideas, goals, and plans (usually with a bit of bachata in the background), and somehow making it all look effortless. Her lists are never-ending, her calendar is color-coded, and yet she still manages to surprise me with spontaneous dance breaks or wildly thoughtful gestures. She’s the kind of person who plans five steps ahead—but will drop everything if someone she loves needs her.

She finds joy in dancing, planning meaningful moments, and exploring the world with wide-eyed wonder. Her playlists are unforgettable. Her hugs feel like home. And she brings heart into everything she touches—from a Sunday breakfast to a major life decision.

What I admire most is how she balances strength and softness. She adapts with grace, faces change with courage, and has this quiet emotional wisdom that makes people feel deeply seen. She’s also funny—sometimes without trying to be—and has a talent for getting us lost in the most scenic ways possible.

With Nerina, life feels fuller, brighter, and more intentional. She inspires me constantly, not just with what she does, but with who she is.

ISAAC

Isaac is active, kind, and endlessly curious—full of energy, spontaneity, and a contagious sense of joy. He was born in the Dominican Republic and shaped by a life that’s taken him across countries and cultures. Wherever he goes, he brings a unique mix of grounded wisdom and playful lightness. He doesn’t try to stand out—he just does, with quiet confidence and a heart that’s always open.

What I admire most about Isaac is his mindset. He’s deeply positive, always seeing the best in people and situations, and incredibly determined when it comes to the things he cares about. He’s the calm in the storm, the steady hand when things get messy, and the one who always knows how to move forward—even if it means pausing for a minute and taking a deep breath.

Isaac thrives on movement and discovery—whether it's traveling to a new country, learning something new, or randomly deciding we should go for a boat ride right now. He’s full of ideas, always in motion, and somehow makes the most unexpected moments feel like the best ones. Following his pace is not always easy—but I love it!

He also has an amazing ability to turn simple things into special ones. A cup of coffee, a lazy Sunday, becomes a little more fun when I’m with him. He makes me laugh out loud, challenges me in the best ways, and reminds me to let go and enjoy the ride—even if that ride involves sprinting through an airport or hiking somewhere we “definitely don’t need a map for.”

With Isaac, life is anything but ordinary. He inspires me every day—not just with his passion or his curiosity, but with the way he loves, lives, and leads with intention.
